Description |
Teacup saucer from the Higby Club, also known as Higby Camp, in Big Moose Lake, NY. With green and brown pinecone design and "Higby Club" spelled in brown lettering made to resemble twigs. Printed on bottom: "MAYER / CHINA / BEAVER FALLS, P.A. / U.S.A. / 266". 266 is a date code, "2" for the quarter of the year the piece was manufacutured in (April-June) and "66" for the year it was manufactured in, 1966. |
