Description |
Gelatin silver print, black and white. Black Brook- site of dam. View showing ledge upon which the dam is built on easterly side of gorge. Home at upper right was built by John Rogers for son Thomas. Later, the house was sold and Thomas moved to Swastika. The house burned in 1958. About 16 houses were in the immediate area (Upper Place). |
