Description Cuff expander for diver's suit. Similar to a shoehorn. Used to help a diver to insert or withdraw his hand easily from his diving suit. Varnished, wood handle has a brass collar at top. Bronze head has a bent and oval shaped scoop. Bronze gromit at the bottom holds shaft in place
