Description Spruce Gum Picker: Open-topped steel can with an improvised cutting edge (made from a broken file) attached vertically to the can, which is attached to a wooden pole. Used to reach into spruce trees to cut away gum, which in turn falls into the can.
Notes Items were found in two boathouses and shop on premesis in Inlet.
