Description Row-and-sailboat WANDERER.

Rushton's pleasure rowboat #105, Grade A, ordered with options of a gaff-rigged sail, watertight compartments, striped canvas awning (missing), and two pair of Lyman's patent bow-facing oars (2a-b). Lapstrake construction, copper air tanks, patent Radix folding centerboard and two flagstaffs (numbered D-1 and E-2).
.3-.5: boat seatbacks that are fastened to the seats.
Notes Coffin was governor of Connecticut from 1895-1897. He used her for 64 years on Long Lake, Blue Mountain Lake, and Lake Pleasant. AM Library has the log of WANDERER's first year.
