Seismographic charts, presumably from the seismograph that was once on-site at the Adirondack Museum, depicting seismic activity during the October 7, 1983 earthquake and its aftermath. Owen Coffin notebook about the Adirondack guide boat: the Wanderer - Coffin, Owen Vincent, 1836-1921

Notebook contains detailed description and cost of the Rushton built boat, its history and expense through the first summer season of operation in 1889. Added note states that the boat was kept by son Seward at Blue Mountain House, 1931-1953, and used until 1952. Last pages of notebook describe furniture by room in "the house on Main Street," identifying pieces by date and/or from whom in the family they were acquired.
