Notes George Endicott began his career as a lithographer in New York in 1828. From 1830 to 1834 he was partners with Moses Swett in Endicott & Swett. William Endicott joined his brother's firm in 1841. After George Endicott died in 1848 William continued operation of the firm as William Endicott & Co. He was joined by Francis Endicott from 1852 to 1886 and George Endicott, Jr. ran the firm from 1887 to 1891.
