|Scope & Content||Photographs taken by James Fynmore of the Hanmer Boatshop, owned by Willard Hanmer, in Saranac Lake, NY. Fynmore was hired by the Adirondack Museum to film movies of Hanmer constructing a guideboat. In between the shots he took for the movie, he also took still photographs which were donated to the museum as negatives. The museum purchased the printed black and white copies. Images show the exterior and interior of the boatshop, and feature Willard and his wife Pauline working on guideboats.|
